Do I need a permit?
Most cities require a permit when doing any work that involves plumbing or electrical work, changing a wall (framing) or dry rot repair. When in doubt, ask your contractor or call your local building department for information.Back to Top

Who takes out the old material and does the prep work?
You can do-it-yourself or hire a licensed contractor or plumber. They can replace the sheetrock, coordinate the work, and attend to any problems that may surface. You may need a permit, depending on the scope of your work and your locality.

Take some rough measurements. Then fill in the Quote Sheet request form and email to us. Or, you can call Janet for a quick phone estimate. Do you accept credit cards?
Visa, Mastercard,Discover and American Express cards are accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard logo.Back to Top

Can I cancel my order?
Except for stock panels, all orders are custom made to fit your particular color choice, material type, and size. Cancellations on custom orders will require payment based on the progress of work completed. There is a 15% restocking charge, plus freight charges for raw material special ordered. Back to Top

Can I return an item that is damaged or defective?
Materials are carefully inspected before they leave the shop. Defects must be reported within 24 hours. We will inspect the damage to determine the cause and repair or replace at our discretion.<Back to Top

Who installs the shower pan?
The pan is picked up and installed by you or your contractor before the sheetrock is installed. Back to Top

Shipping FAQs

How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard lead time is 5 to 10 working days. Work loads vary, so it is best to inquire on the day you place the order. Back to Top

Can I have an order delivered?
We do not offer delivery service unless we are installing the product. If you are picking it up yourself, be sure you have a vehicle large enough to carry it. Wall panels must be supported to prevent flexing, and counter tops must be supported at all times to prevent warping. Bring cardboard or blankets to protect the product and your vehicle. Do you deliver the bathtub?
No. Arrange to have your plumber or contractor pick it up and take it into the house and install it. Back to Top

What are payment terms?
A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders. The balance is due upon receipt or installation.Back to Top
